He's been dominant this season and the Suns actually look halfway competent. With rating changes on the way for Wiggins and Ingram to make them similar to Booker's current rating, it's time for Booker to ascend to elite company. His defense is actually decent and he has become a patient assassin on offense.

I still don't think a player who has never made the playoffs should go higher than 89.

86, his defense almost cancels out his offense. Idk if you can take a player up to an 89 without accidentally inflating defense.
