Hard Deadline on Roster Limits
The absolute deadline for getting your roster between 12 and 15 players is:
Midnight EST Time, Saturday 14th December
If you miss out on any player via ongoing OSFA negotations you will have more than enough time to find a different player via regular free agency by next Saturday.

You're right, I cannot find any evidence of a trade or signing involving Mike Scott anywhere...  and yet he has a minimum salary that could only have been signed this off season?!? So weird. I'll remove him from your roster and salaries. |
