Current Rating: 95
He's arguably the best player in the NBA today. He's clearly on top so I don't see why he should be rated lower than the likes of LeBron, Durant and Giannis who are all rated 97.
Playoff averages last season (TOR):
30.5 ppg 9.1 rpg 3.9 apg 1.7 spg 0.7 bpg 49% fg% 38% 3p% 88% ft%
7 games with the LAC this season:
29 ppg 8.1 rpg 5.4 apg 2.1 spg 1.1 bpg 46% fg% 30% 3p% 86% ft%
Proposed Rating: 97

Can't remember if he got a rating bump last season. I just think he's due for an increase after what he has accomplished last season. My argument is not based off of those 7 games with LAC, I just wanted to add those stats 😛

I'm working right now on creating rookies, so I won't get to these players for a while. But, I do really think there shouldn't be many rating change requests until at least 20 games into the regular season, and even then only in sort of extreme cases (someone breaking out in a big, obvious way).

97 - has entered a pseudo-Jordan zone where he applies his pace to the game, regardless of what’s happening

I don't think Kawhi has looked the same so far this season. His drives aren't as forceful and he doesn't seems to have the bounce he did last year. I would've voted 98 last year but I think his injury is wearing on his athleticism.

97, I said I would vote 99 but I cant do it for a player who always rest back to backs and sometimes feels like he is taking games off. Also is shooting is down this year.

I can't vote on this one yet due to load management.
