Wouldn't the BOS / CHI tie-breaker matter for home court advantage?

- Head to head matchup is even Dec 2 - Boston Dec 17 - Chicago Mar 26 - Boston Apr 1 - Chicago
- Boston is 11-5 in division - Chicago is 13-3 in division
Chicago wins the tie-breaker?

I could be wrong but I think you only use the division records if both teams are in the same division. If the 2 teams are in different divisions I think you go to the next Tie Breaker and use Conference Records

So this is how tiebreakers work in the NBA (per NBA.com): (-) Tie breaker not needed (better overall winning percentage) = Both 52-30 (1) Head-to-head won-lost percentage = both .500 (2 wins and 2 looses for both) (2) Division leader wins tie from team not leading a division = Neither won (3) Division won-lost percentage for teams in the same division = Not in the same division (4) Conference won-lost percentage = Both 34-18 (5) W-L Percentage vs. Playoff teams, own conference = Give me 15 minutes

Record against Playoff teams in own conference: Celtics Vs Bucks: 1-2 Celtics Vs Hornets: 2-1 Celtics Vs Raptors: 0-4 Celtics Vs Bulls: 2-2 Celtics Vs Heat: 3-1 Celtics Vs Magic: 0-4 Celtics Vs Knicks: 3-1 Total: 11-15 (.423) Bulls Vs Bucks: 2-2 Bulls Vs Hornets: 1-3 Bulls Vs Raptors: 2-2 Bulls Vs Celtics: 2-2 Bulls Vs Heat: 2-1 Bulls Vs Magic: 2-2 Bulls Vs Knicks: 1-2 Total: 12-14 (.461)
It's only a game difference so feel free to check if I'm wrong but I think the Bulls won the tiebreaker and homecourt advantage.
