If we wanna make a rule named after me, haven't had one surprisingly. But I don't think this has ever been a situation. Previous times this has happened what happened was allowed and then the rule came into effect.

Bruh this has always been a rule. You gotta create the player and if he is 70+ he goes to a PA, if he is below 70 then its open bidding.

It even happened 4 days ago.

Yea it is strange. It looks like Jared signed Rabb as a 2nd rounder last summer, and he was added to the Suns' salaries, but he was never created in-game.

From looking at the salary page, it appears other players are currently in this limbo situation as well:

Rodions Kurucs (currently being created)
Thomas Bryant
Frank Jackson
Edmond Sumner

I guess we should create threads for these guys then?
