Current: 83
I think the biggest reason for a bump is that he's added nearly another 7mpg this season and is up at a whopping 34+ mpg, coming from 27 last year, and under 24 the year before that (only 19 the year before THAT). His rates have always been pretty damn great, and he's simply proving he can keep most of it up with increased minutes and a full starter's load, this year.
In addition, this year he's also upped his FT% to 62.6%. His season-by-season improvement is pretty evident and encouraging: 17.4 - 37.9 - 53.1 - 56.0 - 62.6.
So, Clint Capela this year now looks like the following: 17.6p, 12.6r (5.0o & 7.6d), 1.5a, 1.8b, 0.6s on 63.1% FG and 62.6% FT. He's pretty gifted athletically, and is among the games elite rebounders, especially offensive (his 5.0/game would be 90+ rating by my scale I use usually for our ratings).
Further Justification/Comps:
?? - Clint Capela: 17.6p, 12.6r (5.0 o & 7.6 d), 1.5a, 1.8b, 0.6s on 63.1% FG & 62.6% FT with 1.5to/g.
85 - DeAndre Jordan: 10.9p, 14r (3.2 o & 10.8 d), 2.0a, 1.0b, 0.7s on 63.9% FG and 68.8% FT with 2.3to/g.
84 - Steven Adams: 15.4p, 10.1r (4.7 o & 5.4 d), 1.7a, 0.8b, 1.5s on 60.1% FG and 55.2% FT with 1.5to/g.
87 - Rudy Gobert: 14.7p, 12.5r (3.6 o & 8.9 d), 2.1a, 2.0b, 0.9s on 65.1% FG and 63.5% FT with 1.5to/g.
87 - Andre Drummond: 16.8p, 15.0r (5.2 o & 9.8 d), 1.2a, 1.8b, 1.6s on 50.3% FG and 51.9% FT with 2.6to/g.
I think he very clearly deserves the boost up from an 83, it's just a question of where he falls in this group of players. Granted, there may need to be a little shuffling inside this group, but this range seems right to me.
I'm going 86.
