LaMarcus Aldridge - Denver NuggetsLaMarcus Aldridge has agreed to re-sign with the Denver Nuggets. Aldridge had a handful of suitors, including a max contract offer from the Boston Celtics and a very hefty offer from the Orlando Magic. Those teams provided very competitive situations with younger rosters than the Nuggets, but Aldridge isn't necessarily looking to go help a young team take the next step. He has gone to war for the Nuggets for years, and really appreciated that they stood by him even during his down year in real-life. After another hard-fought campaign against the Warriors, the most successful season for Denver in the history of D5, LaMarcus just could not see himself jumping ship to an upstart team in the East. The terms of the contract are as follows: Year 1: $35,654,150 Year 2: $35,654,150 Year 3: $35,654,150 Year 4: $35,654,150 Year 5: $35,654,150 5 years, $178 million

Why didn't he sign a max contract!? This is outrageous! We're happy to have LaMarcus back. Next season will be an important year.
