New Orleans trades: #17 #26 #34 68 Thon Maker $1,950,500 $2,034,500 $2,803,541 $3,857,672
Washington trades: #7
I accept. This is a ton of value to give up and I especially hate to lose Thon who I think has huge unicorn potential, but there is one player left in this draft who I think has a chance at star potential. The NBA is all about stars so I'm willing to take the risk here.

I accept. This will be the last trade for that 5th pick that I didn't take. And it end up to be 17th Pick 26th Pick 34th Pick SAS 2021 1st Jeremy Lin Thon Maker Nothing to loss to me especially when the only one I want in the draft is gone early. ^^

Don't like, but will think about it. I think Washington, you're moving down too far here.
And if this is the best offer you got, maybe you just need to shop a little more? I dunno, I just don't like the method of moving back this far when your team "earned" you a top 5 pick (or even top 4 actually, since the Spurs won the lottery moving ahead of you). So, your team needed a Top 4 talent, and you're dropping back to 17?
Really don't like that. Quantity over Quality is not a great way to build a winning team longterm IMO.

Whatever, I accept. Hard to argue that's not fair value for moving up/down 10 spots.

Thon Maker sucks.

Maker is worth nothing lol. I value him at pick 30. I'd rather have 29 than him. All those late picks are not worth young who has the keys to Atlanta

Scal has no shortage of assets to make this deal worth it.

So this trade is three mid to late 1st rounders and a 35 yr old masquerading as a “22 yr old” for a T Rex armed prospect? Seems like a fair swap

Just my opinion but I really don’t like this trade for WAS. What are the chances that he uses these picks todraft anything comparable to what he could get with the 7th pick?

However, that doesn't mean you couldn't have gotten more. And, it doesn't mean it's the right move for your team. I'd love to see you not turn into a team that has a bunch of players who are OK but, if you ever make the playoffs it will be as an 8-seed going no where. I guess if you really don't like any of the players in this area then you can move down and pick up assets, but it feels like you're going in the wrong direction to me. Last thing I'll say: Keep in mind league-perceived value, not only your own value, of players. Accept.

There is a chance that Kareem sees some guys who dropped and is OK with waiting. IDK, we'll see.

This should be rejected IMO. Really really really detrimental trade to a rebuilding team that doesn’t own its pick next year.

I don't see why this is so bad. I accept. I don't like Trae as a prospect but ATL would only have traded for him IRL if they were going to run their entire offense through him, he's going to be getting that USG% for sure, also I know Scal's been high on him throughout the Draft and what a great way to get him. I also think this is quite a deep draft and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar getting this many picks in exchange for what was #5 is definitely a fair deal imho.
