Cedi took awhile to pick a team but decided to join the Cavs. He agrees to the following deal:

Year 1: 8,500,000
Year 2: 8,000,000
Year 3: 8,000,000
Year 4: 8,000,000
Total = 32,500,000

Cedi will be joining the Cavs as the backup two behind Zack. The other team that offered a contract for my client services had a great offer and team but ultimately we felt with the injury with Zack in the past could potentially open up a starting role for Cedi in the future.

Seems the other team offering didn't have as much of a spot open to Cedi. He offered him to back up Zack and Zack was also hurt at the moment (with long-term health concerns) so Bryan decided to send him there.
