Current: 82 Suggested: 79/80 Yeah, he's putting up 16 and 12 on 56 shooting but at what cost? The Hornets are again out of the playoffs, can't even win 40 games. Leads the league in:

When he tries, he dominates. The real issue is that he doesn’t really ever try. He is still one of the better bigs in the league though, IMO, but i can see reasons to decrease him as well. I could see arguments for Dwight anywhere between like 78 and 85. So I guess I’ll vote no change.

He feasts on bad teams like the nets in his 30/30. He isn't anymore than average at this point imo, his back injury and age sapped his athleticism

He isn't anymore than average at this point imo, his back injury and age sapped his athleticism Dwight decided he'd turn it on against Embiid and the Sixers recently and, dare I say it, Dwight fucking schooled Embiid. I've never seen Embiid challenged like that by any big man in the league, not by Whiteside, Towns or anyone. I feel like the problem is Dwight's attitude has sucked ever since he lost in the Finals, whether he dominates or not depends entirely upon whether he wants to, and let's face it - he does't care that Charlotte are out of the playoffs. He's probably off somewhere else this off season like Shaq on his farewell tour, except not whilst a member of any contending teams. When he tries he's 90+ Most of the time he's around 82. So I'll stick with 82.

You will basically nerf a player, just because you are ACCUSING him of the losing that his team has been going through.... Even though his numbers warrants his rating.
That is ridiculous.
But wait, there is more. You are pointing to his attitude. So, when did we have an attribute that represents attitude??
Tsk.

His efficiency is tied with his career low, he's at the lowest level in defensive impact in his whole career and he's quite literally the worst post player in the modern NBA given that he uses (wastes) so many possessions there. If you watch Dwight you see this too, he's not as consistently engaged and is so much less athletic than he was, he's an average athlete at best now. You can ignore the evidence but it's there.

Dwight's averaging 19/12 since the all star break. Effort or not that's elite.

Dwight is the ultimate case of a guy's numbers not matching up to his play. His rating doesn't matter to me but I challenge everyone here to watch 2 Hornets games. It's patently obvious that dwight is a net negative at this point, at least it is to me.

He' not dominate like I thought he would be, but the guy is big and can rebound still better than most.
