Not sure how to rate him, rebounding, passings, surprisingly decent defense are like WOAH. 35% FG 30% 3pt 44% FT !!!!!
He's a 75, but with probably league worst scoring numbers he's got to be what?
73 even with boosts to rebounding and defense.

His shooting is terrible, as you point out, but the dude still averages 10/7/7 and 1.7 spg. It's hard for me to go below 75 for a guy filling up the boxscore like that.
Looking at his current build, I think everything is actually pretty decent out side of his shooting. His FG, 3p, and FT need to be nerfed hard. Could use an increase to steals. His physicals seem fine.
I'll vote 74 with the idea of taking ratings away from his shooting but maybe adding a bit more to steals.

I dunno, I think maybe a re-allocation would be better for Lonzo.
Ratings should be taken away from scoring and put into rebounding and passing.

75. No change, just re-work his ratings. He's pretty good at everything that doesn't involve scoring, but holy shit is he bad at shooting the basketball. His broken shot doesn't leave a lot of room for optimism either. I think he's going to go through his career with Ricky Rubio/Marcus Smart level shooting percentages. He does have a skill set that merits a lot of rating points though.
