Why do you do this Ghaz? Not really sure I understand this move. Carrol is worth more than the two mil you save next year.

Giving up Carroll just to save 2 million? Does this give you what you need to sign a Max guy like Troy did? Only reason it will pass. Those 3 combined are not as good and getting older fast. If Wesley was not expiring maybe on a good contrast. He's only a role guy either way. Foye was once ok and had flashes of scoring ability, but he's headed out and Cole is what he is. All in all unless you saved for cap reasons it prob won't get far. I'd be surprised.

I agree with JR. This trade seems pointless to me. Carroll is worth way more than two mill.

I agree with JR. This trade seems pointless to me. Carroll is worth way more than two mill. Not to mention it's less than 1.5 million

this is not intended for freeing some cap space, I just want to reinforce my bench since Avery Bradley injured, I don't know if this is a good moves but i just want to try, if this trade get rejected its not a big deal..

I reject as well. Carroll is the piece that makes your team better, keep him. Post a stock watch on him...

If you want to move him for depth go get better value or picks. I know I'm not the best trader but I try like you are even if it makes no sense to some. At times we all come out ahead or right. Something to try for...
Best of Luck though... keep active and keep trying to win All trades. If you can win a few right away or later by choice, then you get talented depth to build off of or from.

lol so DeMarre Carroll is where the trace committee draws the line

lol so DeMarre Carroll is where the trace committee draws the line Carroll is a proven commodity and the players on the other side are: Norris Cole - Three Year contract for a player who isn't playing in the NBA this year. Should be rated lower. Randy Foye - 2nd Year TO contract for a player who isn't playing in the NBA this year. Should be rated lower, in 60s. Wesley Johnson - Not a bad player but a tad over rated right now and 1-year contract who likely walks. So, he adds 2 really bad bench players for the cost of getting worse from Carroll to Johnson and also gives up the only long-term useful contract? It's just clearly bad.

lol so DeMarre Carroll is where the trace committee draws the line Adding to what Walt said: Ghazny is still enough of an unknown commodity to invite more scrutiny than most GMs. Don't tell me you'd accept this trade Josh
