Teams with InjuriesThere are several teams with so many injured players that rosters of less than 10 players are being seen for the first time. Currently these teams are: Chicago Bulls - Shane Battier New Orleans Pelicans - Brian ScalabrineI suggest that, in the instance of a team playing with less than 10 players, a player of the GM's choosing must be signed from the list of free agents for a 1 year, league minimum deal.

it should not just be a suggestion but a rule, people might abuse this and get injured players so that they might have shorter rotations and win games

This isn't the situation now but what if a team is at the maximum amounts of players but has enough injuries that they have less than 10 healthy players. Could they go over the maximum roster size?

I think this will have to happen. If players return from injury and the team then had more than 15 players then one player will have to be released like usual. I know teams shouldn't be penalized for having injuries any more than they already are, but one or two league minimum signings doesn't seem to be too much of a punishment.
