All Time D5 Player StatisticsUpdate! Finally got all the player stats online! It doesn't look pretty yet, but it's working! Link: d5.myftp.biz/statsSoon I will be adding all the 2017/18 stats note: the website is running off my home development server, so if it stops working it's because I've switched it off!
I'm doing a lot of work on all things D5 at the moment and one thing some of you might be interested in is this spreadsheet I've created that contains every single player's summarised seasons statistics for all of D5's history! Eventually I'm hoping this will lead to being able to automatically view Team and Player Profiles here on D5's website once I get it all up and running on the Django web framework I've been learning! The cool thing you can do with it right now though is Filter in Excel! So if I want to see all of my longest tenured player's stats (Enes Kanter) I can by filtering his name:

lol ok, since posted I've noticed I've made a few mistakes! I've stupidly combined players with the same name, so Deron and Derrick Williams are all merged and messed together somehow because the spreadsheet recognises them as "D. Williams". Anyway, whatever, it's mostly ok I will have to retrace steps and fix things before putting out the final product though

You mean like All Time Stats Leaders? Could do! No -- an actual hall of fame. Create a section for it and people can make threads to nominate a player for the HOF and then if they get enough GM votes, they are in. Like SW but HoF. We can make informed decisions now thanks to this db.

That's a good idea as well but at the moment I've just got over a hurdle with this coding stuff and theres a myriad of possibilities ahead of me that I want explore first

Paul Pierce's twilight years in the league were not the comfortable send-off he received in real life. Shipped all over the place, poor guy.

it's taken me a year of teaching myself, on and off, but I've finally got all of these stats up and working on a website now once I've figured out hosting I will create a new section here at D5 for automatic browsing of all-time player stats it will probably all be ready to go by the end of this week hopefully, opening up avenues for me to really get creative and do something fantastic - typical then that I've just been offered a full-time job and will not have the time to do any of that after this coming Monday

Thanks I guess! I was hoping to use this downtime to get away from the IT Support stuff but this is a step up and stuff so might as well go for it I guess.
