Walt Frazier: I have experienced plenty of offers as a PA that began as declining (say 10-9.5-9-8.5 for $37M total) but then the overall price went up to like $50M so they ended up raising the first year a bit and adding raises instead of decline.

Walt Frazier: Not being argumentative, but how many of those 360 have Rookie-scale contracts which are automatically set on the rising scale? Roughly, at the very least, the 30 1st round picks in each year, for 4 years currently... so that's 120 or so.
