You can get rid of that boring old Markelle Fultz and I will give you a brand new shiny Ben McLemore if you're lucky!

I just watched over 2 hours of the Sixers practising to see Ben Simmons play on a court for the first time in a year. Interestingly he guarded the opposing teams point guards... Also Jeremiah Hill - Korkmaz is furkan amazing

Also Jeremiah Hill - Korkmaz is furkan amazing From the highlight you linked I kept wondering, why did they have the point guard on Simmons though? Literally no sense you could put Okafor on him with his limited range assuming it's still limited, which I assume it is because it was a Simmons highlight video and he didn't shoot once. He has some REALLY nifty moves though and you'd think the little guys would pick at his dribble so maybe he's tightened that up a bit as well. Simmons is gonna be a pretty interesting player. You have a link to the Korkmaz highlights?

You have a link to the Korkmaz highlights? Nope He's really good though, I hope he gets some minutes to produce. The reason I'm mentioning him was because he was involved in our trade during the 2016 Draft. I got Jamal Murray, you got Jerian Grant, who is now getting lots more minutes for the Bulls, and Korkmaz, who will be solid if he gets minutes.

You all knew I was going to post this right? Simmons did really well in only 22 minutes, I'm super hyped and super terrified he will get injured - since that happens to ALL my top players, lol.

Just looked at all of the preseason games for my players, here are some surprises for some of my younger players.
Justin Holiday-
Oct 3 - 14 pts Oct 6 - 21 pts Oct 10 - 28 pts
Furkan Korkmaz-
Oct - 10 - 13 pts 71.4% FG 6 reb
Davis Bertans-
Oct 6 - 9 pts 3-6 3pt Oct 8 - 10 pts 2-3 3pt
Nokola Jokic-
Oct 8 - 19 pts 7 reb 4 ast
Juwan Evans-
Oct 8- 11pts
Donovan Mitchell-
Oct 9- 17pts Oct 10- 26pts
---------------------------------------------
Bertans is going to be a tall 3pt threat. Furkan is pretty good, that 6 rebound game from such a skinny dude is encouraging. Juwan outside of that game has been pretty non-existent. Mitchell is the best SG on this team and I think he'll be starting by the end of the year.
The only player that I think is really sucking it up in preseason is Ilysova. Jokic, Towns and my other starters haven't really gotten to play much in these meaningless games so I'm not taking any stock of their meh preseason stats.

This seems really stupid to me, why the hell did they draft him #1 if they're just going to bench him? So stupid.

Why are they benching him?
I don't think it means anything at all though. You still have to earn your place, it doesn't matter where you were drafted. If being drafted #1 was enough to earn you a spot then Anthony Bennett would be some team's starting PF right now.
I think you'll do more to ruin a player's career by putting them on a pedestal. If they think they're perfect they'll get lazy and know they'll never be held accountable. This goes for everyone, is Lebron being an idiot and hurting the team with his play? Bench the fucker.

Take this with a giant grain of salt but my coworker over the summer is the nephew of the Celtics trainer and he told me that his uncle said the Celtics took Fultz off their board for medical reasons. The trainer retired this summer so he didn't have qualms about sharing this I guess.
Again, grain of salt, I'm not even competely sure it's true, but interesting nonetheless

FWIW - Philly sports radio is saying that since Simmons is going to be the ball-handler, part of the whole "coming off the bench" is so that Fultz can still play "on ball" when he leads the 2nd unit. He's just not used to playing off the ball, so this is one way to get him more comfortable in the NBA at this early stage.

Pray for Hayward Screw that, big your guy up. For his leg basically falling off he took that shit like a straight up man. His expression was the same as mine when I hit my funny bone, but his leg was in half.
