Also, wtf are the Knicks even doing ?!
We have no reason to contend and Hornacek is still playing vets... I just want to see Dotson get some playing time

His usage rate is hugely increased and it's paying off for him! I still think our trade was an even deal really. It'll be interesting to see if one or both of Jackson or Ingram keep improving to become true superstars.

Josh Motherfucker Jackson
This guy is really improving so much. In 2018, he's averaging 17/5.4/2.0 with 1.1 steals and 0.6 blocks on 46 FG% and 28 3P% (lol).
Last ten games: 22.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.8 steals, 0.5 blocks on 46.4 FG% and 30% 3P%.
Including 36 and 22 against GSW, 27 against HOU, 23 against BOS, and 17 against CLE.
Yes, the Suns have been giving him a lot of opportunities as the season winds down, but putting up 22 points, as a rookie, and as basically the only option on your team (Warren and Booker out) is really impressive.
His shot doesn't look that pretty but it's strangely not that ineffective. His step-back creates a lot of room in the mid-range. He's not that efficient at it yet but I think it's a necessary part of growing pains.
He's a really good scorer at the rim, and it's honestly not really because of strength or speed, which I think is a very good sign. He's just so crafty at weaving through defenders and avoiding the defense of big men down low. I think that's a sign of a superb BBall IQ. I like that he's really interested in learning and playing chess, and I think his physical tools will allow him to become a top defender in the league - he's already decent at defending PFs which he really has no right to be, given how skinny he still is.
And he's constantly going downhill in transition. In a year or two with some strength training he's going to be an absolute stud at the rim, and if his defense is at where it projects to be, he could be the best player on the Suns within 2 years.

Serge is so cash from mid-range, one of the best pure jump shooters in the league IMO

Simmons is 2nd in the NBA in win shares. I'm scared he's gonna be a 90 next season.

stolen from Reddit I know you guys aren't sick of the Simmons hype-train yet Any month in the NBA is such a small sample size, but 4 April games is especially so, lol. Still, yes, he's playing great. Then again, he's at 16 points, 8.2 rebounds, 8.2 assists, 1.7 steals in 34 minutes for the entire season, so these 4 games aren't even THAT much better in a lot of ways.

Nikola Jokic and Karl Towns last night.
Too bad Millsap and Butler went down on their respective teams I feel they would have both made playoffs over NOP had they remained full strength.

What a ridiculous statement. Give those teams Millsap and Butler, and your dream scenario also has to give NOP Cousins back.

I'm pretty sure NOP was out of playoff contention even with Cousins so yeah sure.

Josh Hart went for 30 points!
It was his fourth straight 20+ point game. He's also played starters minutes for his final 18 games, and in those games averaged:
33.3 mpg, 14.1 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 2.1 apg, 1.0 spg, 0.4 bpg, 50.6 FG%, 44.0 3P%, 76.6 FT%
This dude can play!

Shame the Sixers were dominating so much, Simmons would've stayed on the court and got his 10th rebound
