Eric Bledsoe
Current Rating: 87 Suggested Rating: 84
His percentages are down year to year, from this past season, to last season, and his 2014-2015 season. Bledsoe got his ratings based on his good start to his 2015-2016 campaign, then he got hurt, and then didn't regain his form this season.
Should nerf his FG ratings, his 3PT ratings, adjust his athleticism down a tad, bring his steal and block down.

Jeez how did Bledsoe even get so high. I'll go with an 84

I disagree that he had a down season (but apparently I ignore efficiency as Walt will tell you ). But I do agree that 88 is way overrated for a guy who has never been a significant contributor to a playoff team. Bledsoe does everything well, but nothing great... he is the best player on the second-worst team. I will go 84 as well.

Having an off shooting year as far as 3 pointers are concerned, improved his assist rate, not as good for steals but lets be real how hard are you trying with a blatant tank job. But only scoring matters so he should be rated obnoxiously high by most of you considering he's a better scorer on a per minute basis.

Looking at his ratings...
87 - Overall Rating 1323 - Total Value 80 - FG Shoot 75 - 3Pt Shoot 80 - FT Shoot 50 - Dunking 70 - In Scoring 15 - O Rebound 75 - Jumping 64 - Strength 90 - Quickness 90 - Speed 82 - Passing 85 - Dribbling 82 - O Aware 48 - D Rebound 80 - Stealing 24 - Blocking 80 - D Aware 83 - Stamina 70 - Hardiness
25 - Range 26 - % of 3Pt 7 - Score Area
- His FG is too high. He shoots a little under league average, so based on other ratings, he'd be around a 60 I think, but, with his volume of shots, we've found maybe that should be a little higher. So, 65 or upper 60's. That's about one OVR point off. -15 - 3Pt is about right especially with solid volume for him. Wouldn't dip below 70, but 75 is probably fine. 0 change - FT was 85% this year so that's +5 - Dunking is too low, but In Scoring is too high. I'd flip those but add to Dunking about 10. +10 (Ins/Dunk) - Jumping, probably fine. 0 Change - Strength, could come down. Maybe a -10? At least -5 - Quickness & Speed at 90 is fine IMO. Maybe a total of -5 but I wouldn't really mess with it. 0 to -5 - Passing at 82 is about right. 0 Change. - Dribbling at 85 is about right. 0 Change. - O Aware at 82...if anything could go up a couple points, maybe +3 - D Rebound is about right especially for a 6'1" guard getting 4.1 a game. 0 Change. - Steal at 80 should come down to about 65. -15 - Blocking is fine at 24, if anything could boost slightly considering he's 6'1" and gets half a block a game. +0 to 5 - D Aware at 80 seems OK to me, maybe that should come down? I'm not into advanced defensive metrics too much so someone help me out here, but he still combines for about 2 stl/blk a game in his career. Maybe -5? - Stamina at 83 is fine, he played less this year just b/c PHX wanted to see young guys but if anything that could go up a little based on other ratings I've been doing. +0 to 2 - Hardiness - all players are 70 if we've changed them in the last 2 years or so. 0 Change
Add that all up...comes to us subtracting at least 1, but no more than 2. Considering he did play on a team that quickly had nothing to play for and he still found a way to increase his assists per game in his lowest mpg in the last 3 years, and a big FT% increase, there are signs he didn't really regress much.
I'll go 86 b/c he's my guy. I think putting him at 84 is the absolute lowest anyone responsibly could go, but I think 85-86 is about right.

Trash on defense this year and that was what made him above average before
Injuries have taken away his athleticism

Don't understand how he has such a higher rating than even IT2.
