Prior to the current GM's tenure, the Milwaukee Bucks selected Otto Porter Jr with the 8th pick in the 2013 draft. Through a series of moves, Otto eventually signed with the Sacramento Kings, his current home.
Sacramento King's GM John Lodge trusts Otto Porter as the Kings small forward of the future. During the 2016/2017 season (Lodge's inaugural season), the Kings received more trade offers for Porter than any other player. Lodge, assured of Otto's high value, declined all offers.
Known primarily for his elite offensive efficiency, Porter surprised doubters with his high level rebounding ability. Porter is generally regarded as a strong defender. He serves the Kings as a dynamic small forward, a hot commodity in todays NBA.
At only 23 years old, Otto will likely continue to improve on each facet of his game. John Lodge thinks that Otto could become a bona-fide double double machine in the coming years.
