He's bad now. Like Frank Kaminsky level bad. He's not getting minutes, hes a liability on D and he's shooting 37% overrall 30 from 3. He fell off REALLY BAD.

Yeah, he's fallen off but he's also been hurt a lot this season.
That said, I'm not quite sure where he is but won't deny he's not an 86. he can very much still turn it on, burned the Wolves for 26 just a while ago, and is just breaking away from a minutes limit because of his achilles problems.
I'm putting up 82-83 for the meantime.

He's still Dirk, there's intangibles of leadership and experience you can't really factor out.
Also he's only played 12 games this year, he's rebounding from his injury and, like Danny said, taking it a bit easy coming back.
A day will come when Dirk is a 73, and the strength of Man will fail, but today is not that day.

82 - intangibles can't be factors into a sim such a leadership. Once we start doing that, it's all downhill from there. I will give him the injury benefit and lower him to an 82.

It seems like this is his "I'll show you young guns" season where he puts up numbers basically only vs the younger guys like KAT and KP and then just sucks the rest of the time. |
