Or maybe he didn't mesh with a ball-dominant partner and a bunch of lane-clogging bigs . You dropped him to an 80 because he didn't quite fit with Houston, how about waiting to see how he works in a system that doesn't completely go against his strengths before dropping him again.

Yeah he's at Anthony Bennett level. Another 2K update?!

The quirky thing about our system is that once a player is up on the SWD, the votes take place.
It's like if someone accuses someone of murder they immediately go on trial and we are the jury deciding if he lives or dies.
He dies. 77

Seriously, how can you even tell that his skills is not 80 already when he played in a disfunctional team that never fits him?

He got dropped to an 80 because after George Karl left Denver he sucked and suffers from drinking problems and legal issues which effect whether or not he can even play. He went to Houston and continued to be less than stellar to even bad. Decent players may not perform up to par in a less than ideal system but they don't completely fall of the cliff like Ty has. I worry that his off court issues have effected his conditioning or prep or something to cause him to be just plain bad.

I get waiting but this guy mailed in an entire year. Can't forgive that. Reminds me of Josh Smith's decline. 75

There's literally no middle ground between his Denver days and this disaster of a season. And again, this wasn't just a "less than ideal system", there's a reason Patrick Beverly's the only PG to have stuck since Harden's come to Houston. He's reduced to a spot-up guy with Harden on the floor, the pairing shouldn't even happen because that's a straight up dumpster fire on defense. He's also a pick and roll guy who's got Dwight who so badly wants to be a post-up threat and Clint Capela to work with. You take away a guy's two strongest points, of course you're going to wreck him.

Hmm. I’ll go 78 for now but I really have to echo Hanamichi's point. Seems rash to decrease him just before he gets the change of scenery it seems like he needs. I don’t see any harm in waiting like 2 weeks for this thread. And if he hasn’t turned it around by then, give him the 73 he’s been playing like.

he's on his way to the Pacers so 78 will be ok.. He may get the starting job of Hill or dominate the bench of the pacers cause they really need a ball handler in their 2nd unit plus he'll thrive to their system.. Larry Bird is very good at turning troubled players to a very good players.. ie MWP and Stephenson
