Pistons Trade: 83 Devin Harris $9,319,000 $8,500,000 70 Shelden Williams $1,027,424 Total: $10,356,424
Hornets Trade: 82 Emeka Okafor $12,492,500 $13,490,000 $14,487,500 MIL 2013 2nd Round Pick Total: $12,492,500
Pistons Accept
We trade our leading scorer on the season, but get a great defensive player and potential starter for our team. I think Emeka will be the perfect pairing with Greg Monroe and even Derrick Favors. Emeka will probably start for the Pistons, which will move Favors into a 6th man role, at least for the time being.
As for PG, we have our PG of the future in Brandon Knight, and after putting up solid numbers off the bench for the start of the season, we are comfortable handing him the reigns. OJ Mayo will also be getting additional minutes at PG as well.
Starting Lineup Monroe - Okafor - Rush - Mayo - Knight Favors 6th Man

Hornets accept. Kaman moves into the starting lineup and we start to bring Conley off the bench. Devin Harris will be more scoring to our team, which we have seemed to desperately need. We also get a contract that expires a year sooner.

I accept. I think there'll be a glut of point guards in NOH, but overall this trade looks like a positive for them with Kaman taking the starting role.
