I love Chris Andersen's defense, Anthony Morrow is a good backup SG, Farmar is a decent PG and I lose Chandler's contract
I accept.

Hmm, let me see... the Defensive Player of the Year for filler and bench warmers?
I reject.

Wow, tough trade!
Orlando gets depth and get rid of a long big contract, Brooklyn gets a monster on defense.

I think Tyson is being way undervalued here (in rating and in trade value)...I don't think Morrow or Farmar will ever be better than bench players (though good ones), and Chris Anderson right now is more negative value with his contract length (and possibly money per year too) than he is positive. His rating should go down, Chandler should go up, Morrow maybe could go down a point or two as well.
I have to reject as well. Real Life Knicks got some crap for signing Tyson to a big contract from some people, but the man completely changes a team with his defense and leadership. I know those are hard traits in a sim league but again, I've been told we value things based on real life.
I know if the KNicks got this offer they'd laugh their asses off IRL.
That means, reject, to me.

A reject from me as well, Chandler is being severely undervalued by Orlando in this trade.

You all told me Andersen was great 3 weeks ago, now you all hate him! hehe sorry bud! 4 some million a year isn't really a terrible contract for a guy who does what Birdman can do. It's more or less what he should be getting. Then today: Chris Anderson right now is more negative value with his contract length (and possibly money per year too) than he is positive. His rating should go down Whatever. You're all overrating Chandler too. Dude is involved in 1 playoff run and everyone jumps on his nuts like they're a damn trampoline. New York is definitely going to be regretting that contract soon... $14 mil a year for a (almost) 30 year old guy the Bobcats didn't even want 2 years ago? Pass.

I said it's not a terrible contract for a guy who can do what he does. Doesn't make him worth being a (the) main piece for Tyson Chandler! Just b/c it's not a terrible contract doesn't mean it's a good one either. It's more or less what he should be getting, but with the uncertainty around his real-life actions and his PT already being chopped the last couple years, he's just more risk than reward to me.
Values are relative in trades as well. Andersen being in a trade and trying to make up some of Tyson Chandler's trade value is a taaaaalllll order. Their ratings should be at least 10 apart IMO.

I dont think so. That is a terrible return for a Top 5 center. Birdman could end up in jail and out of the league before next year, Morrow is one dimensional, and Farmar is terrible. ALL three players will be getting a decrease next year too it seems. He wants to get out of Chandlers contract but does so by trading one bad contract for three bad ones (although not as bad). No immediate cap space ( I see that as two years), no picks, or no prospects? I feel like the TC is doing a great job with this one.

You guys do realize aside from Anderson's contract, etc, he is likely never to step foot on a basketball court again. Those child allegation are serious.

I guess if you don't bother to read what I said. It all comes down to relativity. 45 mph isn't that fast until you're doing it in a 25 zone and get a ticket and your license taken away. Andersen has some value, but when in a deal for Tyson Chandler, he's basically nothing, and is closer to negative for me. NVM though, you won't read this or understand it.

Yeah sure now you say that its about the chandler deal, but before it was about what a guy like birdman can do, and I bet that u meant a good thing when u said that...this TC is really about relativity, a deal gets accepted and then a similar one is getting rejected (not talking about this deal right here) and trying to call me stupid wont help you prove your point...feel free to say anything else, I wont return to this thread anymore.

I said the same thing before and all you said was "what a joke".
Your call man, that's why I said you wouldn't understand it or just not read it, b/c I said it and you didn't seem to understand. Andersen related to Chandler is just very different than Andersen related to whatever you got him for. When he's arguably the centerpiece to getting Tyson Chandler, it just doesn't work.
That simple.
