Prototypical 3 and D guy. His advance stats on D show hes above average there and his 40% from 3 is awesome too. Combine that with some decent rebounding for someone playing so few minutes and this is a guy I can see going places if he continues to shoot the 3 and defend at a high level.

There really isn't. We try to get at least 7 on minor changes to role players/old guys. And we'll tally that especially if everyone is very near in rating.
But the fact is that no one really cares about low level guys on tanking teams like Atlanta so people don't vote. Except for James Kay who follows the players on my team real close.
Either way if its a guy like Tayshaun Prince and we've got 5 votes and they are all 73 then imo we can go ahead and tally that because even with 2 more votes the person is gonna be a 73.

I believe Snell is a special player but it is just hard for CHI to develop him because Jimmy needs to eat a lot of minutes. I will trust my eyes in this one and give him a 76.
