Current Rating :71
Suggested Rating:74
Hes not trash anymore. Still not that great but doing decent. He'll never be a rim protector but his FG% is finally over a 50% and the only thing keeping him from being 10ppg in only 24 mpg is a slight FT slump.
He does get a lot of steals for a big man which I think is an underrated stat for big men to have.

Cody Zeller is the 3rd best rim protector this year that is a "PF" behind only Ibaka and Arthur Yeah, but he's a center. Everyone but the Hornets knows that. Where does he rank among centers? Because even PFs known for blocks aren't always great rim protectors. And he gets a bonus over those at the PF position because he has been playing center more.

I went conservative knowing that his position/role with the team seams to be in flux a bit but I think that wherever people land him in their personal rating scale that its for sure better than a 71.
