I am going to post the player I want at #9 in the Staff Section so one of the staff members can make my pick if I'm not here at 23:45 GMT, when my time is up. So when Brian Scalabrine's #8 pick is 12 hours old, feel free to make that pick please fellow staffers! I'm trying to make a trade but, despite me having messaged my trade partner on here, by email and on Facebook, there's still no sign of him, so I'm guessing I'll have to make this pick and stick with it. edit: having said all that I still can't make up my mind.

After June 25th the top 5 picks have 2 days to make their pick. First Round picks have 12 hours to be picked. Second Round picks have 6 hour slots that are allotted when the Round begins. It's on the first post.

It was between Grant, WCS or Turner for me. Turner is only 19 and if he works his gluteus medius muscles he can overcome the problems with his gait, where he can only get acceleration if he has two feet on the ground. If he does that then I reckon he will be a big pass up and I've made a mistake. He's also a high character guy who led Texas and he plays like Lamarcus Aldridge. His situation will be the bench at Indiana though and if he can't overcome physical issues I think he will get bullied in the NBA. WCS is a physical and defensive freak but has character issues. However those character issues are going to sit alongside Cousins in Sacramento and the two of them will be like some badass twin towers scenario which is promising. WCS is already 22ish though and will not develop an offensive game worth of note. I chose Grant because he occasionally exhibits a shot release like Steph Curry and led Notre Dame to within a few points of beating Duke. He will hopefully start at PG for the Knicks in what I feel will actually be an exciting new look with Porzingis and maybe Melo if he sticks around. Also there will still be guys on the board down at my 16th pick that I will want almost as much as these three guys. Grant also has great decision making most of the time, his workouts are amazing, he reminds me of a point guard version of Victor Oladipo and I get to pair him up with his brother Jerami in Boston

Finally someone picks the two players that are really awesome. I am note sure if you made this comment in sarcasm, but I identified Frank and WCS as two players who could make a huge difference on my team right now because of their respective unique skills to shoot the ball/play offense like a guard and dominate in all phases on the defensive end. Frankly, I think WCS made the Kentucky defense scary which really benefited Towns.
