Nenad Krstic has decided to sign with the Chicago Bulls. There were only two teams after his services, and the one has recently made some upgrades to it's bigman rotation, making us feel unwelcome and not needed.
Chicago has room for Nenad to be his 2nd best bench big, and best pure bench center, so that's where we are heading!
The terms of the contract are:
Year 1: $2,500,000 Year 2: $3,000,000
Total: $5,500,000

Damn it. Our trade was to open room up for him as backup center. Starting Camby and moving Okafor to PF Good pickup by Chicago though. Can't believe we were the only two teams after him. Ha

From what I could tell, you still had Jason Smith and Carl Landry...that covers backup C and PF in our eyes, both rated higher than Nenad.
Anyway, there were some other possible factors but it just seemed like PT was in favor of the Chicago squad.

Didnt want an undersized back-up center haha
