DeMarcus Cousins
Current Rating: 87 Suggested Rating: 92
The argument:
Cousins is playing like the best center in the NBA right now, and has been for a year (Anthony Davis is a PF).
He's currently averaging 23.9 PPG, with 12.3 boards on 48.9% shooting. Yes, his shooting percentage is low for a big man, but it is because he takes a lot of mid range jumpers. He is doing this with 3 assists per game, 1.3 steals and 1.7 blocks per game.

Really playing amazing. If you can't see that, you're doing it wrong.

He's good, but 92 seems too high for me. Same argument as always, dude has never even made the playoffs. I could go 89.

He needs to stay at an 88 until the Kings become serious playoff contenders.

I mean, come on, the point of stockwatch is to voice your opinion. God forbid you have a different opinion than someone else. I mean really, what the fuck do you think this is, a democracy?

You gave Davis a 92 vote because of his highlights and stats. That sir, is a contradiction. As you quoted... Ha, just making excuses now. Pelicans aren't close either man. 18-19 isn't going to cut it. You can't when this argument based on what you have already stated.

I mean, come on, the point of stockwatch is to voice your opinion. God forbid you have a different opinion than someone else. I mean really, what the fuck do you think this is, a democracy? Have never told you not to voice an opinion or that you share my opinion or those of anyone else. I have asked that you take the Stock Watch seriously at all times, if that's possible for you. Based on evidence, it is not. If you ARE truly serious about your ratings, contemplate why myself and others don't view your comments as being so, and make some sort of change so that we all can take you seriously again.

For the record, all I've said is that if you can't see he's playing amazing, you are foolish. I didn't say my rating was right and yours wrong.
I have also vehemently stood by the argument that team wins shouldn't equal ratings. I haven't really ever used those exact words but that's what it is and always has boiled down to. If you can't just watch a player or analyze his stats and see how good they are, then I dunno, I think you're being prejudice against good players who are in bad organizations.
We are rating players, not teams, or organizations! Analyze the player! Factor in their team's system somewhat? Sure.
But, a good player will shine and a bad player will still be bad, good team or bad team.

No way we can penalize Demarcus for being on the Kings and not penalize the Brow for being on the Pelicans

Sometimes I think you love me more than you love yourself Walt. Like seriously, its starting to seem like you log on here just to check in on me and make some backhanded comment. I think I speak for everyone when I say it is getting old.
Well, I have a challenge for you. The flies of a thousand camels have nested in your armpits, and you, my friend, are about to scratch. I double dog dare you to stop acknowledging me, right at this moment, forever. Ignore my posts, ignore my PMs, just ignore everything. Don't mention me anywhere, and not even in your backhanded kniving way where you pretend you're being nice or talking about something else. Just start pretending like I don't exist.
In return, I'll do the same to you. I have a feeling it will be way easier for me than for you.

Josh, I have no desire to ignore you. I'd just like you to take the Stock Watch seriously. And again, look inside as to why others view you as not taking it seriously. If you care. If you don't, continue on your present path.
I don't give double dog shits about your dare. If you'd like to ignore me, go for it. I will likely respond to your posts IF they seem to be abusing the Stock Watch. I'll do my best to keep it minimal though if your desire is to not talk to me or have interaction with me.

I'll give him a 90. He is probably the best center in the league, but he has it in him to be a crazy person and he plays for a shitty team.

Going with a 93 on this one. Can do everything; dribble, pass, shoot, block, steal, etc. Him and Davis will be the matchup of the future.

The Pelicans were a lot closer to start the year. Tell you what, if the Kings can maintain a .500 record, 41-41 or higher, regardless of if they make the playoffs or not, I will vote for him to be a 92.

I'm going for an 89 personally. It brings to mind Anthony Davis and why I would want him to be above 90 though, but the answer I have to that is that AD is being mentioned in the same breath and Lebron and Durant, and rightly so if he keeps up his level of play, whereas Boogie is just a smidgen-half-tier below that level, not quite cracking 90 yet.
Personally I'm really happy there's a new influx of big men, it's been too damn long.
