I too accept. I feel that Sessions is a good young player that will get better down the road. I've been hounding LA to move him for over a week and I finally get the PG for my team. I've always liked Scola as well and he's a very good F so he can fill Bargs departure!

This is a little tough. Scola had arguably a better season than Bargnani this year (though I know, injuries...still). That's not the main problem...it's that Atlanta also gets another very nice player w/o giving up anything to match that value.
Sessions is basically being thrown in for free, or pretty close to it. I am uncomfortable with a 26 year old player who shot 48% from the field and from 3 pt land, with 13/4/6 to go with it after he traded teams...go for little to no value.
Maybe I'm not as super high on Bargnani as others, or maybe I just don't underrate Scola's value like some others may. For me, this just doesn't work.
Reject.

I accept, this is basically Scola for Bargs as LAL wouldve had trouble re-signing Sessions

MORE IMPORTANTLY, this doesn't work under the 125% rule. Atlanta's payroll is already 70 million. Gotta get more money (and IMO more talent) in from Atlanta's side or no deal.

I will add Jason Collins @ $1,325,181 to this deal to make the salaries work under the 125% rule.

The addition of Sessions bothers me also.
I know Bargnani has more trade value etc. than Scola, so he's the biggest piece in this deal, but I get the feeling Magic Johnson is including Sessions just because he had a point guard with trade value that he was able to deal, now that he has Lowry.
Sure Sessions is expiring, but this deal further dilutes the trade value and talent pool of the Lakers. Sure you're not going to trade Bynum and Kobe but the space between those two is getting pretty breezy. After this trade you'll have no players with any trade value left on your team except for Lowry and Bargnani.

I think ATL is getting the better deal, but not something that make this trade rejectable...
Scola has a 4-year contract and he's 32, his game is starting to decline and it's probably the last trade we're going to see Scola having, because after that he's going to be a old PF with a bad contract.
Bargnani is still 26, and he completes Bynum. He's a good shooter, good 3-pt shooter, he has great ballhandling skills, can play three positions, is a great athlete and one of the most underrated players in the league.
With Kobe, Bynum and Bargnani, LAL have a trio better than Kobe-Gasol-Bynum in my oppinion.
I'm not saying that Gasol is worse than Bargnani, but i think that Bargnani fits better in the Lakers team.
Scola for Bargnani would be unfair. The addition of Sessions make this a fair trade to me, with ATL getting a little better

^agree with Charlotte. You guys are over-valuing Sessions. Lakers got him for Luke Walton and a bad pick.
I accept.
