Current rating: 84 Proposed rating: 88
This year's stats:
21.6 ppg - 10.5 rpg - 1.1 bpg - 2.2apg - 50.5% FG - 22.71 PER
*24.6ppg - 10.3rpg since the all-star break.
Turned Charlotte from a shitty team, to a playoff team. And he's currently 9th in the MVP ladder.
Throwback Al is posting up double-double for the first time in five seasons. This year has been the closest he has been since the 08-09 season with Minnesota where he posted up 23.1ppg - 11rpg - 1.7bpg.
I think 88 is really the right rating for him considering what the other bigs are rated.
Dirk - 90 Pau - 89 Dwight - 92 Griffin - 88 Bosh - 88 Love - 89 Duncan - 86 Aldridge - 86 Horford - 86
Even the future Hall of Famer, Paul Pierce has some compliments for Throwback Al after their game,
"No one on the planet can guard him. We tried to double him, single, triple. There’s nothing we could’ve done."

I honestly see him as an 86-87, but i guess context would put him at an 88.
I'd rather have Bosh and Griffin knocked down a point so that all three are at 87, but bringing Jeff up to their level would probably be easier for Ian.

Trying to think hard, what other big man to the Bobcats really have that's any good? Cody Zeller may end up being good but he's nothing great right now and isn't producing great yet, certainly. Al Jeff is very good, that's why I'm suggesting an 87. I think his #'s are a bit inflated since there isn't really another talented big man. He's not "fighting" for any rebounds or anything with anyone on his team. That's why i stay at "only" 87.
