I reject. JR I'm sorry, I know this is hard to hear, but it doesn't matter if you say you're a winner (what does that mean?!) when your team sucks. I can say my wife is actress Eva Green, it doesn't make it true You can break it down mathematically if you want. Here's the average rating of a few contending teams lineups compared with your own: Denver - 84.6 Golden State - 84.8 LA Clippers - 85.4 Miami - 87.2 Oklahoma City - 84 Portland - 84.2 Sacramento - 84.2 San Antonio - 77.6Draft picks are worth a lot when they're from an untalented team like yours, your draft picks are the most valuable thing you own. If you trade those draft picks, you do what Washington just did and revamp your entire team with them, you don't trade them for absolutely nothing, which is what you're doing here. You're trading your pick for absolutely nothing. Absolutely nothing at all. Personally I'd love to let you continue drilling your team down into the ground because I can't wait to use your draft pick next year, but this trade is absurd. It's insane. You can get a LOT more, it's a fact.

I'm willing to be the Asst. GM of Mr. JR Wiles while I'm waiting my turn to be a the head GM of any team that would be vacant. What do you think?

I don't imagine JR wants an assistant, but it might be good for him.

JR I think you really need to stop focusing only on ratings. You do know players get their ratings based on real life right? You have the most depressing collection of shitty, washed up and overrated players. Al Harrington, Mike Miller, and Tayshaun Prince are the core of your team and they are all just shells of what they once were. Battier and Murphy are more of the same here. Half the players on your team deserve significant rating decreases, and would get them if someone bothered to post a stockwatch thread about them. Even just focusing on ratings, how can you think your team can win when you only have one player rated at 80 or greater? Just scroll through the salary database and look at the ratings for some of the other teams. I've been thinking about this, thanks for the push. I've got 5 guys deserving a 3-5 point decrease (and I may have been nice on a few of them), though IT2 and Afflalo need boosts (IT2 about 2-3 points, Afflao around 5). Time to fix up JR's team so it shows how bad it is.

Gerald Green could get a boost too! I thought about it. He's rated a 77 and he scores 15 ppg with little else other than 3's. I can't see him breaking 80. Should he be a 78, maybe 79? I dunno. His 3pt shooting should be very good, though there are better shooters out there. 44% from the field, 39% from 3, and 85% from the line. He's a good shooter but not elite. 3 Rebounds is just b/c he's out on the floor for 29 mpg. 1.5 assists is nothing special. Less than a steal, less than a block. Actually, of note - 1.8 TO to just 1.6 Ast. That's bad! I'm honestly ok at a 77 if his ratings are high in 3's and athleticism, low-mediocre most other places. Unless someone knows about his defense? I'm lazy, is he good there? I still can't imagine him breaking an 80.
