OKC Gets:
Demar Derozan (79) $2,625,000 $3,344,250 $4,531,459 Grevis Vazquez (73) $1,113,600 $1,191,240 $2,150,188 $3,203,780 Lance Thomas (67) $305,551 TOR 2012 1st NO 2012 2nd NO 2013 1st
Total: $4,044,151
For
NOH Gets:
Harden (83) $4,604,760 $5,820,417 $7,636,387 Fisher (75) $395,417 2012 2nd round pick (OKC)
Total: $5,000,177
I accept this deal, for many reasons. Although i lose a future All-Star in Harden, i get Derozan who is only 4 points lower, and i get a good amount of Draft picks, which will keep the Thunder as a great young team for years to come.
New Orleans is clearly starting to get into the win now mode. After acquiring Conley, and now Harden, with the way Okafor is playing this season, NOH could start to be a really good team. I think this trade works for both teams.

I accept. My biggest challenge was how I could improve my team while holing onto my own 2012 first. I found a way to do that. Harden is a top 5 SG and has huge upside. I lose my entire 2013 draft but there is more than enough time to get back into that draft if I so choose. Fisher can be a solid backup and help Conley develop and I can package the OKC 2nd plus mine to get another 1st later down the road.

Hmm, wonder why no one has voted on this yet. I'll go for it!
I think Harden is clearly, far and away the best player here, however, DeRozan still has time to improve, plus he's already done some good things, and Grievis did some very nice things this year when given time. Also, 2 1sts go with those two...so I think this is a solid deal . I find it hard to assign much value to any 2nd rounder, and Fisher's value is pretty negligible longterm...but it is nice NOH also gets him since he's focusing on win-now.
Both managers have explained their sides pretty well, I don't think OKC really kills his team by moving the best player here...I don't think I'd do it but if he likes DeRozan a good amount, who is to say what this trade looks like in 2/3 years after those picks are all tallied especially, plus player development.
I like it, Accept.

I'll accept. That's a lot to give up to get Harden, whose value is probably inflated right now because of the playoffs, but I can see the reasoning for it.

Nice trade guys, although NOH has a lot of work to do to make those picks not hugely benefit OKC. I accept. We'll wait on one or two more committee inputs first just incase anyone is passionately against this deal and wants to make a case

I'll accept. That's a lot to give up to get Harden, whose value is probably inflated right now because of the playoffs, but I can see the reasoning for it. My thought, actually, is that I really don't know if DeRozan is ever going to be any better than he is right now. He's the biggest piece probably right now going for Harden, and to me he looks like a clearly inferior player. We'll see, both are still young and everything, Harden may not get the chance to truly shine for awhile , or ever, but looking at shooting %'s and everything...Harden had a better year this year as a 3rd option than DeRozan did with no one really in his way of being the 1st option. Anyway, those picks are wild cards and help to even the trade out when you look at it from multiple angles, IMO.
