I give away more talent but I get a young guy in Leonard who I'm really high on. Hickson was expendable as Aldridge is in front of him on the depth chart, and Leonard will be stepping into the starting line-up instantly as Batum will either be traded or moved to the bench. Adding Flynn into the deal was hard, but he was also expendable. Last but not least, I was going to let Kurt Thomas walk at the end of the season anyways.
