Yea this is odd. Vlad Rad is listed as a free agent but he's also list as being on the Pacers in the salary database.

He should be a Pacer unless Indiana cut him. I wondered if Indy would do just that, so I kept an eye on him but I never saw him get cut.

This is my mistake, Radmanovic should never have been on the OSFA list in the beginning. Sorry guys.
edit: I added him because he is listed on Minnesota's roster as a released player with an expiring contract, must be where I slipped up.
