I agree to this trade.
If health was on my side this year (Cade and also Lonzo) I would not be making this trade. But, it is the responsible thing to do for me to get worse this year and improve my draft pick stock (hopefully) considering how things have gone.
In my opinion this is a win win for Larry and I. I actually think, just on value, that he wins this trade. But what I gain on the back end, in full context, is a worse team and hopefully better pick, which has value.
But these 1sts are pretty damn late so, while I really wanted to get two 1sts in order to move Trent, I couldn't get picks that are much worse assets lol.
Anyway, I think Larry's team is already sneaky and this will make them scary on defense and all around with great depth.
Hopefully this allows Jalen and IQ to thrive while we lose a bunch of games this season.

I agree to this trade.
Gary Trent is a player I felt fit the core of my team really well only being 24 years old.
He is still growing into all of skills; shooting, three point, and defense. He will be a solid addition at shooting guard and small forward and provide depth and versatility. He’ll also become one of our better defenders. He is signed to a good value decreasing contract.
I really don’t like giving up the 2 1sts. They should be late, though.
