I accept! May seem like an overpay but I’m a huge fan of grant williams. He’s been shooting 40% from 3 back to back seasons now on the best team in the east. He’s still on his cheap rookie deal as well, and is due for an increase. Some of those 2nds are promising but I’m in a win now window and Gwill 3D build is gonna bode well for the squad. Pleasure doing business Walt. And also shoutout to Brian “Cupid” Scalabrine for hooking us up.

Probably obvious: Grant has been the secret to my surprisingly-mediocre record so he had to go  No but really, I like Grant and have really enjoyed having him on my team. I could see him as a starting 4 for this squad, so I wasn't going to move him super cheaply. Granted, only 2nd Rd picks here but a couple of them look to be very high 2nds. And unfortunately at this point, most of the teams that would consider moving a late-1st for Grant, have already traded their 1sts away. And the teams that now have those, don't want a player like Grant in exchange for a 1st. So here we go! |
