Love getting the 24 year old center to put with our young core. Great match for LaMelo, Jalen Green and Randle going forward. Both he and Nurkic have Bird Rights but this saves significant cap hold in the off-season for me.

All told, this gets us approx $25,000,000 more cap to work with this summer. That makes approx $55M so enough for a max contract potentially.
