I'm able to get an update to my roster. Since I don't have my first this year, I believe this will allow me to be more competitive. Plumlee is the most important player I will be losing, but since I've decided to play Lauri at the 5 I don't believe Plumlee's loss will outweigh the gain of Hayward.
