Demar Derozan has chosen to stay with the Houston Rockets. While there are a lot of question marks on the Rockets' roster right now, the key parts of the roster remain. With Giannis and Jrue still on the roster, we felt comfortable enough to commit for at least another 3 years.

The Knicks were in the mix with a 3-year max - but again, due to relatively unproven roster combined with their unwillingness to offer Demar a 4th year, we couldn't find enough reason to leave one of the best players in the league.
