I accept. I think this trade almost makes my team a contender. Bosh is in a nice comfy situation as the 3rd option on the Heat. I think he can sleepwalk his way through his 18 and 8 per game that he'll get for the next half decade. He'll never be rated higher than 88 since his stats are hurt by having James and Wade on his team but he is locked up for a long time and I think him and Harden make a good one two punch. I'm really not happy about taking on Haywood and his massive contract but I got confirmation that I do have Harden's bird rights so I'm ok with it.

I accept. I trade Amare, Walker, and a 1st to get AlJeff and a big expiring contract in Petro. It was hard finding a capable replacement for Amare, but I think Al Jefferson and his offensive game can do that. If not, then he is a huge expirer that I can trade. I believe this trade makes me a better team going forward.

There are no ins and outs for each team.
For what i can see, the deal doesn´t look so pretty for Heat. The 1sts might be good but if they are trying to win now this trade won’t help. Amare is a very big if and so far this season in real life he has been average at best. Bosh on the other hand has been pretty good.
I understand that Heat is desperate to trade Haywood but he shouldn´t be. Based on the rules, the fact is Haywood doesn´t make a difference salary wise and I will explain why.
Lebron, Bosh and Wade expire with Haywood. In that last season, Lebron, Bosh and Wade will cost $66M which is more than the $58 cap limit and that means Heat won’t have cap space but they will still have the MLE. If there was a hard cap, it would make sense to trade Haywood but since there is none it doesn´t make sense. Also, Haywood is a decent center which is something hard to find.

Ruben is right. This trade isn't very good for the Heat. I'll have to think about it some more. I love the trade for Denver the most and Indiana is not far behind. Those 1st round picks are likely to be pretty far down on the draft board, so that's another issue. I'm not so sure I would trade Bosh for an injury prone aging Stoudemire and a couple of late 1sts.

I don´t like the trade for Nuggets either but that part is ok. expiring Jefferson + some expiring contracts + Den 2013 1st for $120M over 4 years for Bosh and Haywood doesn´t sound amazing.
I only like the deal for Indiana.

Yea but when you consider he could have a potential lineup of:
PG. Dragic SG. Harden SF. George PF. Hill C . Bosh
That looks pretty legit to me. I'll think about it some more today and hopefully have a decision later tonight.

I'm not going to vote just yet either, but I share some similar concerns to Glenn and Ruben. I will say, however, that it is FAR too early to judge Amar'e based on this season alone. He's just working back from this injury still and getting into game shape, and each game he has looked a little bit better (I've watched each game).
Also, I know it's a bit of a pain, but in the future these should really be posted in a way that makes it super clear which team trades what w/o us having to go research it.
So,
Heat Trades: blah blah blah Heat Receives: blah blah blah
Total Salary In: Total Salary Out:
Repeat for the other two teams.
Really, would be nice if this trade was modified to show it in that way...although Ruben and Glenn have broken it down a bit already.

I think it's worth it, becoming a contender has to come at a price one way or another, but I definitely don't think I'm getting one over on these guys.

This. I think the fact that I'm taking Haywood can't be ignored. I'm basically killing any financial flexibility in the future and Miami is dumping a poisonous contract. The problem is Haywood is much more poisonous to you than he is to Miami for the reasons I gave in my 1st post. Even if you remove Haywood and Bosh from the equation, Miami would still have $44M committed to only Lebron and Wade in 3 seasons from now giving them very little cap flexibility.

That's true, but it is meaningless to me. Miami's cap situation is completely irrelevant to my ability to improve my team. Obviously committee members will take it into consideration but that's my response to the idea that I'm getting a much better deal than the other two teams here.

I'm kinda surprised that Indiana and Miami want to do this deal.
I don't think it's enough to reject. I think at some point we have to let Miami move one of his big 3 even if it makes absolutely no sense for his team, he's proven he's a GM who's going to stick around and that's enough for me.

I'm kinda surprised that Indiana and Miami want to do this deal. Pacers GM have been offering Amare for the past 2 weeks. His contract looks pretty bad right now. I don´t know if i would add a 1st to get rid of him but Jefferson has more value than Amare for sure.

Personally, I like the move for Miami because a healthy Amare is 30,000 times the player Chris Bosh will ever be.

Personally, I like the move for Miami because a healthy Amare is 30,000 times the player Chris Bosh will ever be. In their primes, I think they are pretty comparable in talent (Amare being WAAAY more explosive though). Amare will never be the player he once was, but Bosh will never be the player he was in TOR either. I think Amares injury was worse than we were led to believe, the Knicks literally tried to give him away in the off season and no one would bite.

Bosh for Amar'e wouldn't be fair, but Heat gets rid of Haywood (Ruben, I agree with your comments, but it's still a lot of money paid to a player with a rating at 74 that isn't likely to go up, may even go down, in the future). Heat also gets a useful young player (Walker), and another useful youngster, Stephenson, who should be rated a bit higher...AND 2 1sts, even if they won't be great, it's still some value. Jefferson for Amar'e and the 1st, basically...I see why Indiana does this...gets rid of the longer contract, gets a player who is probably as good or better than the current Amar'e...though Amar'e could get it together again. Al Jeff and a 1st and a decent youngster for Bosh and the bad Haywood contract...really, it's OK by me, not enough to reject anything. Overall, on the trade, I see nothing to reject it...closest thing is it's probably pretty unrealistic for the Heat to take on Amar'e by trading Bosh, in any way shape or form. But, he's still a big name who could theoretically work with LeBron just as well as Bosh does...so.. I'll Accept.

wel i think Amare is better than bosh IRL. amare just had some injuries in his time and i think he is a better scorer and a better player than Bosh. and if you think about the Haywood Contract i basically dumped him for role players and future picks, if that 9m-10m contract of Haywood stays with me longer, i may end up not having MLE because i'll be over the Cap in the future, and btw i watched Amare play, he is getting Better each day. unlike bosh who is only the 3rd option IRL.

finally! an accepted trade. Will you go crazy if Amare keeps getting 10 points and 2 rebounds per game? ;D He probably will improve but he might not. One thing for sure is that Knicks have been fine without him and they will bench him if they have to. Lebron is still a king with no ring in D5 and his most recent picture proves that he is not happy:
