At the moment Jrue Holiday is having a breakout season for the sixers and is easily their best player.
I feel like a 83 rating (his rating in 2k13) would be fair and not a reach for player who has consistently improving.
This season he has improved his passing from 4.5 asts to 9.3 asts while still scoring at a decent clip at 17 per game.
Jrue's stats for the season so far are:
18.5 pts 9.3 asts 3.5 rbs 1.4 stls 45% fg 39% 3pt
His advanced stats back up his raw box score stats. His TS% is 53% and his AST% is 43.6 (up from 21 last year).
Jrue Holiday is doing all this while being the first option on a decent team. The sixers are primarily a defensive team that struggles to score but still Holiday leads the team in both assists and points. He is also one of the best PG defenders in the league
I feel like 83 would be fair for him since it still takes into account of this maybe being a early season mirage (him playing being a top 3 PG at the moment) but still giving him a decent rating boost.

Big fan of Jrue, will probably want him to be higher later, but for now, 83 sounds good to me.

83, and could be pushing a larger increase.

He easily deserves an 83.
