Koufos should DEFINITELY be at least a 75. Guy is legit, he starts over McGee (77 in our game) IRL, and obviously plays a TON more minutes than Mozgov (70 in our game).
I think McGee is ok at 77, different skill sets, but I'd go easy 75, maybe higher if I had more time to look into him, for Koufos.
Koufos - at least 75!

I think Hibbert's blocking rating should be raised.
90's Dwight Howard: 36 MPG - 2.6 BPG
Bismack Biyombo 24 MPG - 1.6 BPG
Mickell Gladness: 7 MPG - .5 BPG
85 Hibbert: 27 MPG - 2.7 BPG
Top Five in NBA:
1. Larry Sanders , MIL :: 118 3.19 2. Tim Duncan , SAS :: 114 2.78 3. Roy Hibbert , IND :: 112 2.73 4. Serge Ibaka , OKC :: 108 2.84 5. Dwight Howard , LAL :: 93 2.58
He is also #3 in Blocks per 48 Minutes. 4.71
I think he should be around 90.
Unrelated to my team. Also I think Sanders should be a 95+ if he can get more than 3 BPG in 24 minutes.

Kendrick Perkins is a definite decrease for sure. I'd also put DeMarcus Cousins down for potential increase. Has Perkins been discussed at all? Absolutely no way he should be an 80. Somewhere in the 75 range seems more realistic. Perkins had a negative PER in the Playoffs this year. Since the NBA has been keeping the PER stat Perkins in the 1st player to EVER have a negative PER in the playoffs.
