It was a great year with Demar this past season, but I have decided to do a little retooling with the franchise!
With the additions of smart and randle we pick up 2 quality starters that are both 4 years younger and on decent long term contracts that can help lead us into the future!
I love smarts bulldog defense and the intensity that he brings to the court! He should pair nicely in the back court with Chris Paul! In randle we get another big man who can score the ball, and also rebound the ball. I've always liked these 2 players and imo are great additions.
We also get a future 1st round pick for the future and some needed bench guys to help fill out the roster with depth!
We also start the salary cap bleeding for next year and we have one more move up our sleeve to ensure that we are operating at under the hard cap for next year which has become a priority for this franchise!
