Summer League Preview Group B San Antonio Spurs80 - Devonte Graham 88 - Jimmy Butler 85 - Jaylen Brown 82 - Jaren Jackson Jr. 79 - Mason Plumlee Total Rating: 414 LA Clippers79 - Terry Rozier 84 - Derrick Rose 86 - DeMar DeRozan 96 - Anthony Davis 81 - Dwight Howard Total Rating: 426 Portland Trail Blazers83 - Spencer Dinwiddie 79 - Eric Gordon 87 - Khris Middleton 85 - Tobias Harris 88 - Ben Simmons Total Rating: 422 LA Lakers82 - Lou Williams 85 - CJ McCollum 90 - Paul George 79 - Draymond Green 82 - Al Horford Total Rating: 418 To be honest, I haven't really been paying much attention to other teams until now, and there's a lot to digest here to say the least. First off, what in the world is going on in Portland? The backcourt consists of 2 non-starters, and then Ben Simmons is playing center? I will admit, the Middleton/Harris combination is solid, but who is going to grab a rebound on this team? Simmons is their best rebounder... at a 62 rating. Next, looking at San Antonio, the team is well constructed and should be a defensive juggernaut, but how does this team end up with such low ratings? Being a full 12 rating points behind the Clippers is going to be tough to overcome. Speaking of the Clippers, this seems like their division to lose with Anthony Davis as the best player in the group and the highest rated team. I think the second spot will be a dogfight between San Antonio and LAL, who both have strong defensive teams with outside shooting. I think the Lakers might have a slight advantage, though, as the Spurs have no real inside presence on offense. Prediction: 1. LA Clippers (2-1) 2. LA Lakers (2-1) 3. San Antonio Spurs (1-2) 4. Portland Trail Blazers (1-2)

Josh coming in hot with the off season quality content. I am playing Simmons at PG with how the draft panned out tho, although that only brings the ranking of my lineup down.

I am ready to be Group B’s mid 2000s Detroit Pistons and just win by grinding teams into the ground
