Not to add to the Stockwatch pile Walt Frazier, but this is one player who I think we should make an exception for during this league suspension based on his play and current rating (90).
Jokic needs no introduction-- the man is a machine, and outside of Joel Embiid, he's arguably the most crucial two way center in the entire League. Since his second season, he's been good for at least 16.5 PPG, 10 RPG, and 5 APG, which from the center spot is an outlier to say the least. Counting stats wise this year, Jokic got off to his usual slow start (he seems to subscribe to the CP3, play your way into shape mantra...) in October, but since the first three weeks of the season, he's been lights out. His stats through 65 games for Denver (played every game for them) were as follows:
More than just the insane stat lines (which he's doing this year at a lower usage rate than last season) is the fact he's truly a championship level, Number 1 option for any team, which is the rarest of players. If players like Luka Doncic, Jimmy Butler, Paul George, and other guys who either haven't had as long a track record (Doncic) or don't stuff the stat sheet nearly to the same level (Butler and PG) while also being behind Jokic in advanced and counting measures can be rated above this guy, there's something amiss. I'm sure there are D5 GMs that will question whether the Nuggets IRL are a championship caliber roster, but there's no doubt that Jokic is a championship level player, and arguably one of the League's top 10 guys. He should be rated commensurate with a sure-fire 1st or 2nd All-NBA selection.
Current rating: 90
Proposed rating: 94

- 52/31/81 shooting splits
- 25.0 PER, 60% TS, 34.3% AST% (stupid high for any player, let alone a center), 9.2 WS, .209 WS/48, and 7.6 overall BPM with a 5.1 VORP
- 112.9 Offensive Rating, 107.7 Defensive Rating, with his net rating being negative this season in only one month (January), whereas every other month it was at least 2.5 or better this season (including a whopping net positive 10 averaged over 28 games in November and December)
