What's happening here Mark Price? Can I just move this to trash or does it mean something?

What's happening here Mark Price? Can I just move this to trash or does it mean something? it means something to the future of this league. That's all I'm allowed to say at this point.

Could it be the return of a D5 member?

Man I've got nothing to do with the COVID-19 around. At least give us a clue, make things interesting

This IS a clue. Though, a very cryptic one.
I kind of love it lol

Since there's not 20 months I assume you're using the neanderthal method of dating and something Los Angeles related will occur on Friday 20th?

So funny how America vs the rest of the world dating system works.
Never even blinked an eye at 3.20.20. Yes he means March 20th

My guess:
Walt is clearing house and going full tank. LA is trading Quinn Cook and other expiring contracts and picks for John Wall or another superstar in a multiple team deal.

My D5 conspiracy take here cause, you know, coronavirus quarantine downtime: - Mark Price wants in on the major FA action, but he needs an enticing piece to sell to others. Enter Walt Frazier . He’s got a player that Tom Izzo pointed out fits the bill in John Wall, but he needs a distraction from his ultimate plan...
- ...so he tries to get Charles Barkley back to D5 in the form of an Assistant GM gig to one of the three teams looking for one. With a longtime D5 member back in the fold, everyone has their attention elsewhere welcoming him back as LAL trades a bunch of flotsam for a dice roll in Wall, but wait...he’s not done yet...
- ...taking advantage of Jerry West wanting to unload some salary but remain competitive, he deals DeAndre Jordan for Jonas Valanciunas, getting Portland a backup center for TT, plus cap relief for the summer. JV becomes piece #2 in this grand plan, but LAL needs ONE MORE THING to make this all work...a chemistry hook to sell to FAs....
- ....so he gets Danny Longley involved by trading for Pat Beverly, taking a cue from Game of Zones that he needs “a rabid dog looking for an alpha”
There you have it: the plan distilled down to turning a bunch of stuff into John Wall, JV, Pat Bev, and a dream of adding one of those wing players yearning for LA life.
...and while we’re at it, there were two shooters on the grassy knoll, we DID go the moon, and the Knicks envelope was not just frozen but CREASED to get Ewing there.

I think Cook is integral to this because the Lakers released him on Feb 19

It is pretty obvious that Price may need to step down if this will not meet our current level of anticipation

Today, I consider myself, one of the greatest GM's, in D5's history. I've been slept on. I've been written off. I've been pushed aside. Today, I come back to take what's rightfully mine. I'm back.

Charles will be the assistant GM for the Los Angeles Lakers as we push all of our chips to the middle and take control of this league. Please include Charles in any trade messages that you would normally send to me.

He left the Rockets in a bad place and jumped ship. On second thought, you're probably right I should have rode it out with Kevin Love and Mike Conley. I only would have lost Kemba to free agency this year and been unable to replace him, thus setting up losing Giannis next year. But hey, I would have had my 2020 and 2023 1st round draft pick, right? Maybe I could have picked up another generational talent! 🙄
