Life has gotten a bit heavy lately, between work, campaigning and my mother getting injured I'm not having enough time to participate in threads I used to in such an active way as typical. I'm looking for a competent and qualified Assistant to handle ratings votes, potentially organizing/filtering trade offers or cultivating offers of your own for approval. Even potentially to provide input on signings and potential value with Free Agency.
The applicant would receive honest and hopefully meaningful feedback and training in terms of skillset as a D5 GM. There are plenty of nuances that are lost on newer GMs and as an assistant obviously you get a headway into an official GM position when one becomes available. I've been in this league for a long time and can point to my own failures and successes and hopefully translate that to you becoming a great GM.
I have several questions for you to submit answers to:
What is your overall philosophy towards basketball?
What's your favorite real life team? How do you think their GM could do better, what are some organizational failures/successes of that team you can draw perspective from?
Are you OK with the F word?
How in depth do you understand the rating system and how to vote on ratings? Do you have any strategic angle ideas?
Do you have a problem voting down one of our own players if they obviously don't deserve that rating?
What's your background/story, how did you get into basketball and what makes you interested in being a D5 member?
That's about it, am interested in reading applications of those interested.

What is your overall philosophy towards basketball?
Basketball is not just a game it's a community and it shows unity, I believe in taking care of a team's front office and players as one unit and show them my commitment not just towards team but toward basketball as a sport. I believe in helping team to create a dynasty which is desired by every player in the league.
What's your favorite real life team? How do you think their GM could do better, what are some organizational failures/successes of that team you can draw perspective from?
My favourite team is Lakers as it was the first team that introduced me to the nba world , currently I think Rob Pelinka is doing a great job as a GM now as he didn't take the championship for granted and immediately put up the new and young roster for the future of the team.
Are you OK with the F word? Yes, no problem at all.
How in depth do you understand the rating system and how to vote on ratings? Do you have any strategic angle ideas? TO be completely honest I am new to this and currently learning to be more involve and learn from the experts and grow as a community.
Do you have a problem voting down one of our own players if they obviously don't deserve that rating? I have no problem but it depends on the situation of the team if we need that player badly I might have second thoughts but if the rating shows too much injustice then I have no problem at all as it promotes fairplay of a sport.
What's your background/story, how did you get into basketball and what makes you interested in being a D5 member?
I like to manage things and always dreamt how it's like to be a manager and have to make the decisions which can create a big future impact. Basketball was introduced to me by the lakers signing of LeBron James as it was a huge news and spread faster worldwide before that nba didn't even promote that much in our country. I am a huge fan of basketball career simulations or any career simulations I was searching a text based career simulation for basketball and saw a 6yo reddit thread by r/nba and saw a few a comment and it was interesting so I decided to give it a try
That's about it, am interested in reading applications of those interested.
