I think we all can agree, since it's Ian, Embiid is out.

I'm going to say no just because he "might" return to practise and "hopes" to return next week, which isn't the same as it actually happening. Siakam did return to practice. www.tsn.ca/report-toronto-raptors-star-forward-pascal-siakam-groin-hoping-to-return-next-week-1.1425286Is it really close that he would stay out another 3 weeks? This is already a pretty weird situation that isn't really following the rules. Siakam was ruled out "indefinitely" with no other guidance from the team. Our rules say: "Out indefinitely" players are assessed based on other websites reports of an injury or not included on the injury list until a more conclusive analysis is given. Yet Siakam was put on the injured list anyway even without anything more conclusive. Now we do have more guidance from the team and they say his expected recovery is about 4 weeks in total. Our rules say: During the real-life NBA regular season a player is considered injured at D5 when their expected recovery time is 6 weeks or more from the start of their injury. What's the justification for keeping him out when it doesn't follow our rules about injuries? Is there other information implying he will be out 6 weeks or more? What's the point of following team statements on expected recoveries if we're actually just going pick and choose which ones we follow? Siakam is expected to be back well before the 6 week limit, and the rules are pretty clear that this means he should be playing.

KAT last game played was on December 13th (over a month ago). For some reason has been always questionable for the last 2 or 3 weeks but never plays

He's not injured, he's just trying to force his way out of Minnesota right? Same way Iguodala is doing in Memphis but I don't think we should rest Iggy. Maybe if this becomes a season-long thing...

Played today and destroyed so IDK what was wrong with him.

Sooooooo... Embiid is scheduled back this week after only two weeks out, but I'll wait until he's played a game before I return him I guess even though I'd return him for any other team

I know he isn't technically out for 6+ weeks, but Justise Winslow has played just 15 minutes since Dec 6, and that was over 3 weeks ago now.

Andre Roberson has been traded 2 or 3 times after signing that contract and still hasn't played a game
