This should put a end to full blown tanking now which I personally hate and glad that it should be over! The odds are not good for it anymore, it's happened here, in d720, and in another league I'm in, and irl that teams are going to move up ahead of teams so why tank all year anymore tankers? I understand that teams will be bad but being bad on purpose should be over and more than ever don't trade potential lottery picks

Ehh there will always be teams looking for an edge— while the odds have been flattened to discourage the most egregious of tanking, now it almost makes more sense to acquire several picks that slot in the mid lotto (7-11 range) and bank on the cumulative odds for ending up higher. NOP had the best cumulative odds, and while it didn’t work out for Brian Scalabrine this year, he had the highest odds to get to #1 despite both his lotto picks outside the top 4

If you didn't receive a top 3 pick this year, you're probably gonna draft a solid player who could potentially be a borderline all star at most. However, the next few drafts will be pretty stacked, either due to the quality of the prospects in that draft (2020,2021) or the fact that 2022 could be a double draft. The new odds will certainly intimidate teams from tanking, but in the next few years falling out of the top 3/4 won't be as disappointing.

It still will over time bc for all these stacked drafts will come more busts who should have and probably would have made it with some college ball but will be drafted out of high school and be like a deer in headlights and end up burried on a teams bench and not recover

The suspense continues to build...will Zion have to deal with the looming shadow of LeBron in Cleveland, or end up with LA’s “other team” as its star of the future, or will he head to the League’s fifth biggest market and become the new face of the Mavs??
...and which teams will be left at the altar to decide between options 2a and 2b, Ja Morant and RJ Barrett?
