Boogies opt in should be even more of a slam dunk now— on top of this past year with injuries, word out of Lakers offseason workouts is he hurt his knee and is undergoing tests. Doesn’t sound promising from the way it’s being reported on

I suppose Regular Season Free Agency still functions during Off Season Free Agency, you can still bid like usual when it's just this section that's active.
